Review:

The hyper dunk is a very light shoe, It has a new look to it, its made narrow, but will strecth out to any foot. Me having a narrow shoe its good for me. The front is kind of bulky. The comfort of the shoe is great even wearing the shoe out it still provides the comfort you need. Cushioning not to great only problem the insole which is not to comfortable, but taking it out adding a new one would cause the shoe to be to tight which is what i do to give me a little more ankle support. A Plus about this shoe is the shoe outlits go all the way up to the top so when you tie your shoes it wraps around the ankle and provides protection like a ankle brace, The traction is good more of a indoor shoe doesnt wear out for about 3 months from how I play but it has a good grip. The releasing of the different colors is a great ideal being that theres so many different teams and the way it looks stands out from other shoes.

Review:

The Hyperdunks are a basketball shoe that takes some getting used to due to the fit and materials used. They are very light and have ample cushioning, but the use of the flywire feels different compared to other basketball shoes. After playing in the Hyperdunks twice I got used to how they felt and they quickly became my favorite shoe to play in.

I have only used them on indoor, hardwood courts and the traction is excellent. There is a lip on the outer portion of the sole that provide stability when cutting hard. Due to the efforts by Nike to keep the overall weight to a minimum, the Hyperdunks are not the most cushioned shoe. As I mentioned earlier, the cushioning is sufficient and I have not experienced any pain after playing in my feet.

In all, I have played over twenty times in the Hyperdunks and there are no signs of any material breakdown anywhere on the shoe.

I have the colorway that Nike made as a tribute to Kobe Bryant for being a McDonald's All-American. As such, the shoes are primarily black with yellow, blue, and red accents. Additionally, Kobe's high school number (33) is on the inside of the toe. The colorway is rare and I have not seen another pair like them, which is good since the Hyperdunks have become a very common shoe and for good reason.
